🕒 Return Period
At Golden Sun Egypt, your satisfaction is our top priority.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most new, unopened items within 9 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
✅ Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

You must provide the order number or purchase invoice.

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return.

Certain items such as customized or special-order products may not be returnable.
🚚 How to Return

We will arrange free pickup or provide return instructions (depending on location).
💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days via your original payment method.

If you paid Cash on Delivery (COD), we’ll contact you to arrange refund via bank transfer or wallet.
🔁 Exchanges
If you received a defective or wrong item, we’ll replace it free of charge.
Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
